Because LoyalTec is a new venture of David Williams, our client list won’t yet give you a sense of who we can serve and what we can do.

So we’re going to “bootstrap” by telling you a bit about who David worked with previously, what he did for them, and what motivated him to start LoyalTec.

David, along with his team of data analysts and software developers, revolutionized retail analytics by creating a Web-based, multi-retailer, point-of-sale analysis tool set. It enabled some of the nation’s largest retailers and consumer package goods manufacturers to increase sales, optimize inventory and better serve their customers by being in-stock with the right products in the right stores at the right time.

After working very closely with these prestigious companies and designing many of the point-of-sale analyses used by these companies today, David realized that something was missing. That something sparked his decision to create LoyalTec…

Retailers were collecting data to tell them how their stores were performing, which enabled them to manage production and inventory and shipping on a store-by-store basis, but they were missing a crucial piece of the puzzle – How their customers were performing!

Retailing is a complicated business, but in the end it always comes down to one thing: the customer. If customers could be nurtured to come back more often, to spend more, and to champion a retail establishment, then profits would skyrocket.

David recognized that customer loyalty was the missing link. He set to work creating tools, algorithms, and data solutions that would measure, categorize, and encourage customer loyalty. After a year of thinking and testing, LoyalTec was born!
